RAMA lives... Tuesday, Nov 5th, 1997

RealLifeŠ got pretty heavy the last couple weeks, hence lack of updates. There are six new maps online, with another five coming in the next week. With the amount of maps online, I doubt the one server running the custom levels will be able to handle them all.

I'm considering putting some kind of voting form online, where players can voice their opinions on favorite (and least favorite) maps. Maybe after the results are tallied we can make a little custom .pak file.
Cool ? Stale ? We'll see...

On a final note, some of the maps coming in have been stellar ! MORE MORE MORE !

4 new maps... Tuesday, Oct 13th, 1997

Another four maps have been added, and the server is goin strong. Keep 'em coming !

More maps ! Multi-Arena Specs ! Friday, Oct 10th, 1997

A half dozen or so new maps have been added, bringing the total to over 10 ! I expect an infulx in the next few weeks, especially with the new multi arena specs and examples being posted at the RA HQ.

The server running the custom maps may be updated to include some of the new levels... thanx again to Anyware for hosting that server.

Custom RA Map Server Thursday, Oct 9th, 1997

YES ! Special thanks to Michael Swanson who has put up a RA server running the 5 custom maps listed here at RAMA. Apparently it's running on a PPro 200 w/96MB RAM on a T1 Soooo... You map authors who uploaded early are in luck !

R.A.M.A. opens ! Tuesday, Oct 7th, 1997

The Rocket Arena Map Archive is ready for action ! Level designers are welcome to submit their Rocket Arena maps, at this point I've got no idea just how many are out there (outside the official .pak)
